Ben Freudenberg was born and raised in the ranch country of eastern Oregon. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Willamette University in 1974 and his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1977. He was a member of the firm of Balderee, Killoran, Nelson and Freudenberg for many years before a stint as a sole practitioner. Ben then joined our firm as a partner in 2004. Ben’s practice includes business organization and transactions, real estate development and zoning, estate planning, probate, guardianships, conservatorships, construction contracts and civil litigation relating to these matters. Ben enjoys helping clients plan and structure future events such as business transactions, real estate developments or trust and estate administration.
Ben is a member of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Oregon State Bar sections on Real Estate and Land Use, Business, Estate Planning and Elder Law. Ben is a long time member and past president of the Grants Pass Rotary Club and is active in the Newman Methodist Church. He has also served as President of the Board of Directors of the Four Way Community Foundation.
