Carl Clyde

Carl A. Clyde is also Grants Pass native. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Westmont College in 2003 and his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2009. His practice areas include bankruptcy, adoption, conservatorships, guardianships, real estate, landlord /tenant matters, wills and trusts, and general civil litigation.

Carl is currently the Treasurer of the Josephine County Bar Association and a member of the Debtor/Creditor, Real Estate and Land Use, Juvenile Law, and Estate Planning sections of the Oregon Bar.  In his free time Carl enjoys fly fishing, road cycling, backpacking, skiing and attends Edgewater Christian Fellowship.
