John E. (Jack) Davis

Jack Davis, the son of a prominent lawyer, was raised in Grants Pass. Jack received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon in 1972 and a law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1975. Our senior partner has offered wise counsel and representation to individuals and small businesses in Grants Pass since 1975. Jack’s practice includes estate planning, elder law, business organization and transactions, real estate, construction and general civil litigation.

He has been a prominent supporter of several local non-profit organizations working to improve our community. Most recently he has been a leader in the Habitat for Humanity Program in Josephine County. Jack is the acting Municipal Judge for the Cities of Cave Junction and Rogue River. He is also a member of the Grants Pass High School foundation which awards scholarships to deserving students. Jack is an avid cyclist having completed several Cycle Oregon events. He also produces outstanding stained glass works of art.
