Eric Fournier was born and raised in Rhode Island and graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2006. He moved to Topeka, Kansas to attend Washburn University School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2009, and then started working as a prosecutor in Garden City, Kansas. During his tenure as a prosecutor Eric handled cases such as attempted murder, sex offenses, DUIs, gang violence, juvenile offenders, while also handling asset forfeiture seizures and arguing cases before the appellate courts.
After four years of prosecution, Eric got a job with the Calihan Law Firm in Garden City, Kansas. His practice broadened to include criminal defense, divorce, custody, probate, banking, and real estate. He also worked as the County Counselor handling property tax foreclosures. He made partner at the firm in 2017, and continued working there until 2019, when he moved to Oregon to be closer to his wife’s family on the West Coast.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Eric has continued to maintain a diverse legal practice, and has expanded it to include more civil litigation and bankruptcy matters. He has also argued before the Oregon Appellate Courts and testified before the Oregon Legislature.
In his spare time Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, weightlifting, playing chess, and reading.
Adrianna was raised in the small town of Willits, California. She attended Northern Arizona University for college where she studied sociology and criminal justice, and the University of Oregon for law school where she concentrated on taxation for business and estate planning.
Adrianna began her professional career at the Office of the Governor for the State of Arizona where she focused on legislation that helps prevent child abuse and human trafficking. She then advocated for a national nonprofit organization on federal legislation in Washington, D.C. and later advised Oregon Senators on general legislation in Salem, Oregon. After becoming an attorney, Adrianna represented the State of Arizona in tax controversies where she negotiated settlements daily and returned to Oregon as a prosecutor for the Josephine County District Attorney’s Office where she enjoyed executing jury trials. Adrianna joined the firm in 2022 and her practice generally covers Estate Planning, Domestic Relations, and Juvenile matters.
AMANDA HASH
Amanda is a born and raised Oregonian and has lived in Southern Oregon for over 20 years. She graduated with two bachelor degrees in criminal justice and psychology from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. Amanda
earned her law degree at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While in law school, she gained experience at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office.
Amanda’s love of this area brought her back to Southern Oregon. Amanda uses her experience to help Southern Oregon community members in various ways at Day, Driver, Fournier, and Reinhart, LLP with criminal defense and family law in both Jackson County and Josephine County.
